Sunday with Santa December 17, 2023: 2 pm until 4 pm

Volunteers needed for the following areas: 

1. Set up  (12/17/2023 12- 2 pm)
2. Cookies (delivery by 1 pm 12/17/2023)
3. Craft Area
4. Elves (Help with Santa Pictures)
5. Beverages (Individual milk or juices)
6. Music (CD or play list - prior/during event)
7. Food Area
8. Clean up

Needed items/services:     

PHOTOGRAPHER!!!!!!!!! 

Candy Canes for each attendee

Elf hats

Hand sanitizer

Paper towels/ garbage bags

Crafts for each child

Chairs and tables for crafts manned by volunteers.

Santa area with chair and elf support chair? (2 maybe?)

Food area with table with cookies and beverages manned by volunteers.
